All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and your acceptance of them is expressed by completing the online order form including ticking the Terms and Conditions box.
canvasco will return your original material (except where that material is obscene and has been rejected) along with your completed order and whilst every step will be taken to safeguard it, you send it to us at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to it during transit or by another reason beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any intrinsic value beyond the basic value of the material upon which your original is produced.
You agree to allow canvasco to archive your digital images for the purpose of reordering. These images will only be used when you give your express permission.
You must have the right or permission to reproduce any image you send to canvasco.
canvasco has the right to decline an order if it is believed to breach copyright, is offensive or obscene.
You will pay canvasco for any costs or damages arising from the reproduction of any image you submit to canvasco.
The preview service is intended to give a reasonable representation of the final image for composition purposes mainly. Due to variables within the reproduction process, we cannot guarantee an exact recreation of the colour balance of either the original image or the on screen proof.
Orders will normally be fulfilled within 7 days of receipt of the initial order/originals. When payment is by cheque, the order cycle is deemed to have started upon funds clearing to our account. Priority orders must be paid for by credit/debit card and will be delivered within 5 working days of the proof approval.
You are responsible for the acceptance of delivery, If a parcel is returned because You where not present to receive the package and the parcel is returned to canvasco by the couriers, we will arrange redispatch at a cost of £20.00 to the buyer. This covers the cost charged by the couriers of returning the parcel to canvasco and redelivering.

Orders can be placed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, but will only be processed during working hours. canvasco operates working days of Monday to Thurday 9 am - 5 pm. canvasco closes on Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year.
canvasco offers a lifetime guarantee on your photo to canvas or canvas prints, If at any stage the purchaser is unhappy with the canvas due to natural failures the may return the faulty complete boxed frame canvas with stating the reson or reasons the purchase is faulty along with the original photo/image used. canvasco shall then replace a new Boxed Frame Canvas free of charge.
providing the fault occured due to natural geradation and is not due to neglegence or damage caused by the buyer.
canvasco is happy to supply a full refund within 14 days in the unlikely event there is any obvious physical problem with your print which is directly a result of a technical problem caused by us. However we are not responsible for any oversight on your part in relation to poor quality, pixelisation or low inherent resolution. Be aware that you are responsible for the quality of your photographs. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.
