What can I have image printed onto?

We print on a variety of mediums including :

• 100% cotton canvas, ( we don't use poly canvas, we find this cheap and has no real longevity.)
• We only use the best quality Canvas in your pictures.
• A range of papers: glossy, matt, etc...

What filetype should I use?

That Depends on how it is your sending your image to us. We can pretty much accept any format, including but not limited to:

• Upload : jpg,gif.png.
• Email : Jpg, tif,tga, psd, gif.
• Post : Jpg, tif, tga, psd, gif, CDROM, DVD, Memory card, USB stick , Negative slide or photograph. ( please remember to send your items securely through the post, We will return your items with your purchase).

Do I have to join?

Its not actually joining as such, you are simply submitting your name and address so next time you visit you wont have to do it again, WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION and your email will not be given to or used by any third parties, your privacy is of our utmost importance. You also have the option of ordering without joining however we cannot send parcels to any other address than to the billing address if you choose this method.

Difference in frame thickness?

What's the difference between a "standard" and a "chunky" frame
A standard frame is 1.8cm thick , this means it sticks out from your wall approx 1.8cm , the chunky is considerably thicker at 3.8 cm, the chunky gives a more modern contemporary feel and make a bold statement, while the standard is more conservative and less intrusive.

How long does it take for me to receive my picture?

That Depends on how the effect if any that has been chosen, some are more complex than others and because your images are custom made, then we ask that you wait 4 to 5 working days, we don't believe in rushing a job and we wont just scan and print unlike most canvas company's who offer you your canvas "the next day",  we like to ensure your getting value for money, we check for spots , blemishes red eye etc... and we remove them at no extra cost to you .

What's the best file size for my image?

We can produce good image quality prints on our medium canvas size (38 x 55cm) from files as small as 300KB. However, the larger the file size then the sharper the print. Here is a list of recommended file sizes in JPEG format (at highest quality setting) to achieve really good quality prints:

Be advised that You are responsible for sending images of a high enough quality for print, if you upload an image to order we will take it that you are aware of the quality and require the order processed, if you are not sure email your image to images@picture2print . com and we will tell you if the resolution is suitable for print.

What inforamtion do you store about me?

At picture2print, we are committed to protecting your privacy and follow a strict privacy policy. We use the information we collect about you only to process your orders and to provide a more personalized online experience. Your information is not shared with any third parties. You can access your account by logging in with your user-name and password on the homepage; you can change and update your details at any time, view your order history.

We DO NOT store any credit card information.

Will my picture transfer on to canvas OK?

Absolutely our colour software is specifically set up to faithfully re-produce your photographs, we also have the latest state of the art print facilities capable of printing with resolutions equivalent to those used within the photographic industry.
